Computer Room down/revive regression

Build24/protocol31, single-PC loopback. Run 20261021-035356_net_downed_grounded_pair_1 passed all 105 steps in 163.6 seconds. Both canonical owners entered logical downing, held grounded XYZ during attempted movement, revived once through normal Triangle/network requests to 5/22 HP, and regained movement. Native returns reported Ready state and no fault, with 120-frame grace requested.

The decisive reports include the independent result review, native logs, position tracks, build and safety receipts, and the two earlier failed fixtures. The exact source archive preserves 538 files for 547 pins, before subsequent edits. It contains no protected save bytes. All four saves and recorded source/game baselines stayed unchanged; teardown left no owned processes or relay listener.

Four inspected native stills are listed in evidence.json: each seat downed and then standing after movement returned. Filename suffix0 is HOST; suffix1 is FRIEND. They are separate captures, not synchronized frames or video.

The calm room supplied no enemy shove (pin writes were zero), grace-hit trial or airborne landing. This qualifies the short grounded regression on the exact build24 binary. VUH-2569 remains open for the Thorn kill and captured426 retirement cause; Creeper parity remains the VUH-2605 gap.
