Tests: apps/clankie/test/turn-metrics.test.ts (+6 readTurnSettledRows cases: ordering,

runId filter, default/max/clamp, torn-line tolerance, legacy null normalization), apps/clankie/test/turn-metrics-api.test.ts (new: auth, limit bounds incl. max, defaulting, runId passthrough), apps/tui/test/metrics-cli.test.ts (new: arg parsing, query passthrough,

missing-credential).

Checks run: tsc --noEmit clean in packages/protocol, packages/api-client,

apps/clankie, apps/tui; vitest green — turn-metrics.test.ts (25/25 combined with turn-metrics-api.test.ts), metrics-cli.test.ts (4/4), plus regression pass on app-smoke, devices, memory-capacity-api, captain-episodes, discord-person-memory, model-cli, pairing (all still green, 93 tests). No commit made per instructions.
